The Science of Meditation

Meditation is one of my favorite healing tools!  I love it because you can do it anytime, you don’t have to schedule an appointment, it’s free, and it works!  Like really works!   It has helped me feel  more peaceful and happier.  I actually crave it now, my body needs the quite it brings to me.  One of the things I am really passionate about is helping people learn how to meditate.  There are many different types of meditation, and ways to do it.  Today I want to introduce you to Chris Tate.  Chris uses the science of meditation to really help you understand what is happening in your body and why it is so important to adopt a meditation practice.  We created a video about Coach Tate so that you can get a good feel for what he is about, he is awesome!

 

In this video Chris Tate shares his wisdom on mediation, and why is it important in our lives. He explains what meditation does for our bodies.  I love his explanation around mediation because he is very practical and straightforward about how to meditate and why.
